The invoice for your order will be sent by e-mail together with the shipping confirmation.

Before you send us back your defective device, please complete in the case of a returned goods our service RMA document completely, with as detailed information on the problem to ensure smooth processing ("defective" or "no function" is not a helpful error description) , The more information we get, the faster and more accurately your problem can be solved. Then you will receive an RMA number from us so that we can correctly allocate your goods. You can use the parcel number to search on UPS.com, for example.

Prepayment by bank transfer, cash on delivery, Paypal (PayPal via Email, Bancontact, blik, giropay, iDEAL, Mercado Pago, MyBank, Przelewy24, SEPA Direct Debit, SOFORT, Venmo, Credit or Debit Card, PayPal Pay Later)

Purchase on account (companies, authorities and church institutions can purchase from us on account - subject to a positive credit check).

If you have chosen bank transfer / cash in advance as your method of payment, you will receive the payment instruction with our bank details in the confirmation email.

The right of withdrawal exists only if the customer is a consumer. Consumer is in accordance with §13 BGB (German law). A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction primarily for a purpose that can not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

Before returning the goods, you must ensure that they are properly wrapped and that the goods are in new condition (original cartons and all accessories), please make sure to reset all devices in their original state so-called factory settings. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

After receipt and inspection we will refund the purchase amount.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to an examination of the condition, property.
