The VoxStack Analog / GSM / 3G UCP Gateway Series VS-GW1600 / 2120 Control Board from OpenVox.

OpenVox has updated with the new VS-GWM420 Switch Board also the GSM-Gateways module, at the GSM modules nothing has changed technologically except the price was raised, in addition a new VS-GWM420L VoLTE module has been added. The new VS-GWM420 Switch Board, also known as "V2", features more performance that allows quick access to the web and solves the cluster problem with large cluster installations in the VS-GW2120.

When we talk about the new chassis V2 version, the chassis is identical to the previous model, only the SwitchBoard has been replaced by a more powerful SwitchBoard in version 2 than the VS-GWM420 controller card.

In the Chassis V2 both the old and the new GSM modules can be used. The chassis of the SwitchBoardV1 version only supports the old GSM modules.

The Openvox new switchboard V2 (GWM420) can support GWM420G/W/L and GWM820O/S module ,and also support GWM400G/W, GWM800O/S, GWM801O/S, but you can't use GWM420G/W/L and GWM820O/S at same chassis, you only can choose one kind module at same chassis , GSM module GWM420G/W/L or analog module GWM820O/S.

If you want to use both analog module and GSM module, you can use old switchboard with old GSM and analog module, such as GWM400G/W and GWM800O/S, it can use both at same chassis.
One things should be mention, if you use the new version chassis (go with VS-GWM420 Switch Board ), you can use the both old version and new version GSM module with it. But the old version chassis only can support old GSM module.The new version is a little bit expensive than the old.
