The CTI Server enables the network use of several PhoneSuite CTI Clients. Both telephone systems with a central TAPI driver and local TAPI/CTI connections are supported.
An offline call journal logs calls even for logged-off client PCs. Thanks to TAPI monitoring and presence management, you can always see which of your colleagues is currently available.
Or use the integrated chat function for the simple and quick exchange of text Messages.
