Portech IS-650 IP POE Horn Speaker

Portech IS-650 IP SPEAKER can register to 3 sip server. It can register to ip pbx as a sip extension. If your ip pbx have group broadcasting, it is ok. If don’t have group broadcasting, they can buy IBS-05 ip broadcasting software. IBS-05 can control 5pcs speaker. It can set schedule broadcasting/music broadcasting/voice broadcasting to signal speaker or group speaker.

Note: Tested successfully with 3CX, please keep in that the Auth-ID in the extension number must be changed manually. As of 3CX version 18.0 update 7 build 312, Portech IS-650 SIP speakers no longer work because 3CX implemented Auth-ID query for security reasons. Also to please install the latest Portech firmware update (r4IPA_N1_L0_IS640x1.img) to fix the 3CX Firmware Release!

3CX signaling groups, paging and intercom

To call multiple SIP speakers, a broadcast (only one call) to all speakers is started or set up accordingly. To do this, simply go to 3CX Settings and select Siganlization Groups > Paging Group to make the appropriate settings.

Yeastar Paging/Zone Paging

Paging is used to make an announcement over the speakerphone to a phone or group of phones. Targeted phones will not ring, but instead answer immediately into speakerphone mode. Paging is typically one way for announcements only, but you can set the paging group as a duplex mode to allow all users in the group to talk and be heard by all.
